Compensation Range: $210,000-$260,000 (depending on experience)

MITER Brands is seeking a growth-oriented Vice President & General Manager to lead and scale the Western Architectural Openings business. This executive leader will be responsible for the overall strategy, performance, and profitability of a significant business unit, with full P&L accountability and oversight of all commercial and manufacturing functions.

The ideal candidate is a market-facing leader with manufacturing experience who excels at identifying and capturing growth opportunities, expanding into new markets and geographies, building strategic customer relationships, and developing high-performing teams. This individual will be expected to accelerate growth and lead the business into its next phase of expansion, with a focus on doubling the business's size through organic growth, market penetration, product innovation, and operational excellence.

The VP & GM will provide leadership across the Sales and Manufacturing functions and work closely with Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience to align strategic growth objectives and deliver exceptional financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership & Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy designed to significantly expand revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Lead initiatives to double the size of the business through customer acquisition, geographic expansion, market penetration, and product diversification.
