Overview
The Vice President of Information Technology is a hands-on transformation leader responsible for building and executing the company's enterprise technology roadmap. This role will own a high-impact ERP implementation, modernize infrastructure, and elevate the IT organization to support long-term growth.
This position requires a strong operator who can operate both strategically and tactically, drive executive alignment, and lead through complexity in a high-stakes, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a clear, practical, and prioritized enterprise technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Own and deliver end-to-end ERP transformation, including vendor selection, implementation, and adoption
  • Lead infrastructure and cloud modernization, transitioning from on-prem to scalable, future-state architecture
  • Drive executive alignment and enterprise-wide change management for major initiatives
  • Assess, restructure, and upgrade the IT organization, addressing capability gaps and key-man risk
  • Build a high-performance IT function with strong accountability, execution, and long-term scalability
  • Partner with executive leadership to leverage technology as a driver of efficiency, growth, and decision-making

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with ownership of large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Proven track record of leading ERP implementations end-to-end
  • Experience operating in complex or low-maturity environments requiring build-out and change

  • Hands-on leadership style with ability to go deep technically when needed
