Overview

We are seeking a senior Vice President / Director – Futures Sales & Trading to support the growth of our Eurex‑focused futures business, while maintaining coverage across global futures and derivatives markets. This role is suited for a commercially driven professional with deep client relationships who can originate flow, expand wallet share, and deliver meaningful revenue impact. You will work closely with trading, risk, and leadership teams to grow existing Eurex activity, onboard new clients, and develop strategic partnerships across asset managers, hedge funds, and dealer communities.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth with a primary focus on Eurex‑listed products, including rates and equity index futures
  • Leverage existing relationships to onboard and grow:
    • Asset Managers
    • Hedge Funds
    • Dealers and proprietary trading firms
  • Originate new flow and expand wallet share across Eurex and other global futures venues
  • Partner with trading teams on execution, spreads, basis, rolls, CTDs, and EFPs
  • Act as a trusted market partner, providing insight on positioning, liquidity, and market structure
  • Represent the firm in client meetings, conferences, and industry forums
  • Coordinate with operations, risk, and compliance to support scalable client growth
Requirements
  • 8–15+ years of experience in futures sales, execution sales, or trading‑adjacent roles
  • Prior experience covering Eurex products at an FCM, bank, proprietary trading firm, or futures brokerage
  • Established, portable relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, and/or dealers
  • Proven ability to originate flow and generate revenue
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Eurex market structure and clearing
    • Futures and options, spreads, basis, rolls, CTDs, and EFPs
    • Margining, capital efficiency, and client trading workflows
    • Experience operating at a VP / Director or equivalent senior level
    • Experience covering rates and fixed income futures a plus
    • Familiarity with CME, ICE, or other global exchanges alongside Eurex a plus
    • International or cross‑regional client coverage experience a plus

    Annual compensation range: Base salary – $100K - $250K + Industry leading discretionary bonus based on candidate experience and performance
