We are seeking a Finance Manager to join the North America (NA) Operations Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Outbound Consolidation Reporting team.
The Finance Manager on the NA Operations FP&A Outbound Reporting Consolidation team sets up mechanisms and processes to consolidate, analyze and tell the story of the Outbound transportation financials and metrics

This role role writes the Outbound financial story for the prior week performance, and supports on the current quarter outlook, and month-end close actuals. In this function, the Finance Manager is one of the key interfaces to the Outbound carrier FP&A teams, such as Line Haul, Sort Center, Amazon Air, and Last Mile Delivery. In this role, the Finance Manager provides support to the Vice President (VP) of NA Ops and the VP of NA Ops Finance.


Key job responsibilities
- Driving the integrity and accuracy of the NA outbound KPI's and financial reporting
- Exercising clear communication and strong partnership skills to tell a concise and consistent story, but with the appropriate amount of detail
- Ensuring a high degree of controllership and compliance by monitoring forecast accuracy, understanding drivers of variances, and providing insightful commentary
- Using strong business acumen and financial knowledge to build financial models that draw conclusions, make recommendations, inform decision making, and deliver results
- Setting up mechanisms, streamlining processes, and looking for ways to invent and simplify
- Navigating through ambiguous situations, exercising good judgment, and operating in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines
- Performing adhoc analysis and embracing change
