Job description

Senior Architectural Drafter/Structural Drafter

Bayland Buildings Inc. is actively seeking a senior drafter to add to our team. Senior drafter is responsible for reviewing architectural and structural plans for quality control. Successful candidate will be well versed in verbal and written communications and fluent with computers, including experience with Revit software.

Candidate should have great attention to detail and be able to manage workloads that require deadlines. Preferred candidates have a minimum 2-year associates degree in construction related field, and 5 years of similar real-world experience including but not limited to general knowledge of commercial construction.

Senior drafter will report to the VP of engineering and work directly with acquisitions and fulfillment teams regularly. Duties include attending project meetings and occasional field measuring and training.
