Job Opportunity – Vice President – Vitamin Team with Feldkamp Marketing in Cincinnati, OH Do you have executive-level CPG and retail leadership experience? This is a hybrid position with requirements to be in person for specific needs for the business; candidates must live within the tri-state Cincinnati area.

Feldkamp Marketing is looking for a Vice President over the Vitamin Team. The Vice President will serve as a day-to-day leader of the Vitamin business and play a critical role in shaping and executing Feldkamp's long-term growth strategy within the category. This individual will be responsible for leading sales strategy, strengthening customer and supplier relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering sustained revenue and category growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with annual and long-term growth objectives.
  • Own and drive revenue, volume, profitability, and distribution goals across the category.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Kroger leadership, category managers, and supplier partners.
  • Lead annual planning processes, customer reviews, and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
  • Prospect, secure, and onboard new supplier partners within the Vitamin category.
  • Lead teams responsible for analytics, promotional planning, forecasting, and execution.
  • Analyze business performance, competitive landscape, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Implement disciplined forecasting, KPI tracking, and pipeline management processes.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing multifunctional team.
  • Foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented culture.
  • Partner closely with Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, and supplier teams.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for innovation, new item launches, and promotional programs.
  • Leverage emerging technologies and AI-enabled efficiencies to improve execution and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who enjoys interacting with people. Additionally, you must:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; required.
  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods and retailer-facing sales leadership; required.
  • Experience leading large multifunctional teams; required.
  • 10 – 15+ years of consumer-packaged goods sales experience, preferably within Vitamins, Wellness, Health & Beauty, or related categories.
  • Strong experience working directly with Kroger and deep understanding of Kroger systems and organizational structure.
  • Proven success leading national or multifunctional sales teams and managing large-scale customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow existing business while developing new client opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of trade economics, promotional strategy, pricing, and customer P&Ls.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, analytics platforms, and data-driven selling tools.
  • Strategic thinker with strong executional discipline and entrepreneurial mindset.
