Job Description:
The Sales Operations Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving operational excellence across the Canada, LATAM, Key Accounts sales organization. This role will oversee the development and execution of scalable processes, systems, and analytics that enhance sales productivity, improve forecasting accuracy, and support business growth. Reporting to the AMS Director of Sales Operations, the ideal candidate will be a data-driven strategist with deep expertise in sales performance, planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Territory management maintenance
  • Maintain data hygiene and run processes to validate data integrity including
  • Align lifecycle stages and funnel definitions across Sales and Customer Success
  • Provide monthly reporting to leadership highlighting KPI insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for the entire funnel, eg: conversion rates, pipeline health
  • Work directly with Sales SVP and SalesOps Director on specific projects as needed
  • Under the guidance of AMS Director of Sales Operations, support Regional GTM Leadership with ad hoc reporting requests as needed
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify key performance metrics and ensure operational efficiency and predictability, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Deliver proactive, actionable recommendations based on analytics and business insights to drive revenue growth, identifying trends, anomalies, and early indicators of risk or opportunity.
  • Ensure adherence to forecasting and pipeline management processes; support enforcement of pipeline hygiene.
  • Maintain a high standard of data accuracy and integrity by applying a detail-oriented approach to all aspects of sales operations; proactively monitor for trends, anomalies, and potential risks to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in, Sales/GTM/Rev Operations role within Tech
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint experience
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in high-growth environments and scaling sales operations across regions or business units.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and a passion for operational excellence.
  • Able to make sense out of ambiguity
  • Understanding of go-to-market processes across, Sales, Customer Success, Partners, Renewals, SDR and Marketing
  • Clear communication skills and able to 'tell the story'
  • Inquisitive, with strong problem-solving and analytical
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and projects at once
  • Collaborative and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at various levels
