Job Summary: The Vice President, Global Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards, will be based in Atlanta, GA. This is a senior, handsโ€‘on leader responsible for owning and executing all aspects of global compensation, benefits, and payroll operations across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and India. This role is responsible for defining global compensation, benefits and total rewards strategy while actively leading execution, including global compensation benchmarking for competitiveness, executive compensation structures, annual compensation cycles, incentive programs, HRIS tools, M&A integrations, payroll processing and benefits administration. Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, the Vice President, Global Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards will be responsible for leading and developing a team.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a global total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Own end-to-end global payroll operations for the US, UK, Australia, India and any potential future locations.
  • Design and administer global compensation structures, salary bands, and job architecture.
  • Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, bonuses, equity, and incentive plans.
  • Manage global benefits strategy and broker/vendor relationships.
  • Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll integration for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Own HRIS compensation, payroll, and total rewards tools.
  • Build, develop and lead a global team.
  • Partner with People & Culture, Finance, Legal, and executives and all levels of global leadership.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in global compensation, benefits and payroll position
  • 5+ years leading and developing a global team
  • Extensive experience leading global compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Handsโ€‘on ownership of payroll, benefits administration and total rewards programs.
  • Expert knowledge of US, UK and India compensation, payroll, and benefits requirements.
  • Proven mergers and acquisitions integration experience.
  • Experience leading and developing international teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a dynamic setting.
  • Organizational and administrative skills that reflect attention to detail and the ability to prioritize amidst competing demands.
  • Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy.
  • Handling workload and special projects efficiently.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
