What We’re Looking For:
AmeriSave is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Consumer Direct Loan Sales to lead one of our core sales teams, consisting of approximately 250 professionals. This executive role will focus on driving front-end production, scaling the team, and optimizing operational efficiency across our consumer loan offerings.
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and grow the Consumer Direct Loan Sales team to meet aggressive production and revenue goals.
  • Coach and develop high-performing sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Monitor daily sales activity, including call performance and client interactions, to ensure consistent execution.
  • Conduct interviews and hire top-tier talent to expand the team.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and profitability.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align team goals with company objectives.
What You’ll Need:
  • Proven leadership experience in consumer direct lending, preferably in mortgage, home equity, or personal loans.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and scale sales teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with dialers and call center technologies is a plus.
  • Prior VP-level experience in consumer direct lending environments.
  • Familiarity with AmeriSave’s product suite including home equity and personal loans.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).

Compensation: 
Total annual compensation for this position generally ranges from $175K – $400K
