THE RESPONSIBILITIESย Marketing Strategy & Executionย 

  • Build and lead a forward-thinking marketing strategy that drives traffic, sales, and brandย recognitionย 
  • Develop the overall Lowlands messaging strategy and focus through cross-functionalย collaborationย 
  • Own and execute the annual marketing calendar in partnership with leadership andย operationsย 
  • Oversee all digital channels: social media, email, website, and emerging platformsย 
  • Create social media content that resonates, drives engagement, and can break through at aย viral levelย 
  • Lead campaign planning (seasonal moments, anniversaries, promotions, openings)ย 
  • Manage external agency partners and creative collaboratorsย 
  • Ensure strong, consistent messaging across all concepts and locationsย ย 
  • Leverage technology, including AI, to drive innovation, stay ahead of industry trends, and gainย customer insights to target marketing efforts effectivelyย 

Execution and Development of Our Brandsย 

  • Develop brand guidelines and structureย 
  • Align all messaging cohesively with brand guidelinesย 
  • Collaborate with creative on new brand development and evolution of current brandsย 

Events & Catering Strategy & Growthย 

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the events and catering business, driving bothย sales and guest experienceย 
  • Partner with the events team to develop and execute sales strategies that increase bookings,ย revenue, and repeat businessย 
  • Align event offerings, packages, and messaging with overall brand standards and positioningย 
  • Support the development of marketing tools, collateral, and campaigns that drive eventย awareness and conversionย 
  • Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptionalย guest experiencesย 
  • Utilize data and reporting to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and optimize salesย strategiesย

  • Define and protect the voice, identity, and positioning of each Lowlands conceptย 
  • A natural storyteller with excellent copywriting skills - able to capture the voice of eachย concept and turn ideas into messaging that actually resonates with peopleย 
  • Tell our stories - who we are, what we stand for, and why it mattersย 
  • Partner with R&D to help bring new ideas to marketย 
  • Drive partnerships, collaborations, and community-facing brand momentsย 

Guest Engagement & Loyaltyย 

  • Own and evolve our loyalty program as a key driver of guest retention and frequencyย 
  • Use CRM data and segmentation to create smarter, more personalized marketingย 
  • Develop guest communication strategies (email, push, promotions tied to behavior)ย 
  • Continuously look for ways to deepen relationships with our guestsย 

Public Relations & Reputationย 

  • Build and manage media relationships and press strategyย 
  • Lead media pitching, awards submissions, and recognition effortsย
