Vice President of Sales

About the Role

MRP is seeking a dynamic and proven sales leader to serve as our Vice President of Sales. This individual will lead our Inside Sales organization while driving continued growth through the development of our expanding network of independent field sales representatives.

MRP is a medical aesthetic device marketplace selling both new and pre-owned devices, consumables, and other related items. This VP of Sales position at MRP requires previous medical device sales leadership experience to train and pass on knowledge to the team in an effective manner. 

The VP of Sales will build on our current culture of accountability, coaching, execution, and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for increasing revenue through both direct Inside Sales performance and strategic lead generation initiatives developed through our 1099 field sales channel.

This is an opportunity to develop and scale a high-performing sales organization while helping shape the future growth of a leading company in the aesthetic medical device industry.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Inside Sales Organization

  • Lead, develop, and coach the Inside Sales team.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, activity standards, and coaching plans.
  • Build future leaders while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing sales professionals as needed.
  • Ensure the team consistently achieves revenue, activity, and pipeline expectations.

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue through the Inside Sales organization.
  • Improve pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, conversion rates, average deal size, and overall sales effectiveness.
  • Use reporting and analytics to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strong follow-up, opportunity management, and execution throughout the sales process.

Expand the Outside Sales Channel

  • Develop and grow the company’s network of independent 1099 field sales representatives.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and support field representatives to maximize engagement and productivity.
  • Strengthen field relationships and improve territory coverage.
  • Drive lead generation and referral opportunities through the outside sales channel.
  • Travel as needed to increase engagement with 1099 partners, support regional growth initiatives, and provide training on new product offerings during regional meetings and events.
  • Ensure strong collaboration between the Outside Sales channel and the Inside Sales organization to maximize revenue opportunities.

Improve Sales Operations

  • Champion CRM utilization, reporting accuracy, and pipeline discipline.
  • Establish consistent sales processes, accountability standards, and operating cadences.
  • Partner with Marketing to improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Service, and Executive Leadership to improve forecasting, customer experience, and overall business performance.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and scalability.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Previous medical aesthetic device sales senior leadership experience is required for this position. 
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience within the aesthetic industry.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue objectives.
  • Strong experience coaching, developing, and holding sales professionals accountable.
  • Proven ability to build scalable sales processes and drive organizational growth.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, sales analytics, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Experience leading both inside sales and outside field sales teams.’
  • Experience building sales teams and processes 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing or managing independent contractor or 1099 sales organizations.
  • Ability to travel ~25% to visit regional events and meet with outside field sales agents. 

Compensation

This position includes the following compensation structure: 

  • Base salary at $140,000
  • Commission and bonus structure OTE of $100,000-$120,000
  • Aggressive startup equity shares
