Job description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Client Operations - CLO Reporting to join our Structured Debt Client Platform team. This role is located in Houston

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

ยท Own and run portfolio compliance and waterfall models, delivering a high-quality first draft to CSMs in alignment with agreed timelines

ยท Partner with Analytics, Operations, Client Service, Position Services, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and effective issue resolution

ยท Review, analyze, and incorporate client and auditor feedback on test results, model outputs, and reporting deliverables

ยท Provide senior oversight across the reporting workflow, ensuring operational excellence, transparent communication, and timely escalation of complex issues, while guiding junior analysts and contributing to the accuracy and quality of assigned work

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

ยท Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

ยท Advanced degree or professional certification preferred

ยท 7-12 years of experience preferred

ยท Experience in quantitative finance and technology preferred

ยท Experience in CLO, structured finance, or fixed-income reporting preferred

ยท Prior experience in an analytical role such as financial modeling, valuation models, or data analytics

ยท Proficiency in VBA/SQL will be valuable

ยท No direct reports; provides guidance to team member and is primarily responsible for the accuracy and quality of own work and the work of assigned project team members
