Overview

We are looking for a VP or SVP (depending on level) in Catastrophe Analytics to join our reinsurance analytics team. In this senior role, you’ll work closely with brokers and clients to deliver insights and solutions that help manage catastrophe risks. You’ll lead projects through the entire modeling cycle, from data auditing to multi-model analysis and portfolio management.


How you'll make an impact

You’ll be at the forefront of helping clients understand and mitigate their exposure to catastrophic events. You’ll analyze data, run advanced catastrophe models, and present clear insights to brokers, clients, and reinsurers.

You’ll collaborate with broking teams to create tailored solutions for clients and prospects. You’ll also mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering their growth.


About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

  • Hands-on experience with RMS and Verisk software.
  • A deep understanding of risk assessment and catastrophe modeling.
  • The ability to analyze and explain complex data in simple terms.
  • A degree or equivalent experience, with at least seven years in a relevant field.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for solving complex problems.
