Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Direct to Consumer, this role is central to our digital growth strategy. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep command of Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, and brings a proven track record in apparel marketplace management.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid strategy optimization
• Analyze campaign performance data and deliver weekly/monthly reporting to leadership
Inventory Replenishment & Supply Chain
• Own the replenishment process to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stockouts or overstock situations
• Collaborate with in-house warehouse and supply chain teams to align inventory flow with demand forecasts
• Monitor FBA/FBM inventory health, stranded inventory, and removal orders
• Build and manage replenishment models that account for lead times, seasonality, and promotional periods
Amazon Strategy & Growth
• Develop and execute the overall Amazon channel strategy in alignment with company revenue goals
• Identify new growth opportunities including new ASINs, bundles, A+ Content, and brand storefronts
• Monitor and respond to Buy Box performance, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity
• Drive SEO optimization across product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords
Catalog & Content Management
• Maintain a clean, optimized product catalog with accurate attributes, sizing charts, and imagery for apparel listings
• Coordinate with creative and merchandising teams to develop compelling A+ Content and Brand Store pages
• Manage variations, parent-child relationships, and apparel-specific attributes (size, color, fit, fabric)
Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance dashboards to the VP of E-Commerce
• Track KPIs including revenue, units sold, conversion rate, session traffic, ACoS, and customer reviews
• Use Amazon Brand Analytics, Seller Central reports, and third-party tools to surface actionable insights

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ASINs and campaigns simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
