We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to join our Investment Banking team in New York with a focus on the Aerospace & Defense sector. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in complex financial transactions.  The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is keen to work hard in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at one time. Experience running sell-side M&A transactions is a must.


  • Lead execution of M&A, recapitalizations, and capital raises (debt and equity) transactions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and delivering financial solutions.
  • Oversee the development of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and presentations.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
  • Build sector expertise and represent the firm at industry events and client meetings.

Salary: USD $250,000.00/Yr. - USD $250,000.00/Yr.
