  • Champion security, compliance, and governance standards across platforms and services.

Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

  • 15+ years of experience in software and technology leadership, with 7+ years managing large, multi-location engineering organizations.
  • Proven success modernizing enterprise technology through cloud migration, modular architecture, and data platform innovation.
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI and data capabilities to enhance engineering productivity and personalization.
  • Strong understanding of CMS ecosystems (including headless/hybrid), microservices architecture, and digital consumer products.
  • Experience building and managing hybrid teams of FTEs and contractors across global locations.
  • Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Business teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical vision into business outcomes.
  • Hybrid role based in New York City; in-office 4 days per week.

Benefits (What We Offer)

  • Work with the Best: Collaborate with top-tier professionals across media, advertising, tech, fashion, lifestyle, and publishing, shaping the future of these dynamic industries.
