  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care, participating in case consultations, and sharing insights and recommendations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training to stay informed about the latest mental health research and best practices.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. At Gateway Vibe, we strive to reach underserved populations, helping those who may have limited access to traditional mental health resources. Your work as a counselor will directly influence the emotional well-being of our clients and contribute to their overall mental health recovery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • An active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, demonstrating competence in providing effective mental health support.
  • A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment, contributing to a multi-disciplinary approach to client care.
Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with additional experience in:

  • Specialization in family or couples therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or substance use counseling.
  • Utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related healthcare technologies for documentation and data management.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time LPC position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to a rewarding compensation package, we offer:

  • Access to comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
