As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gateway Vibe, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring thorough assessments and evaluations prior to treatment.
• Conducting evidence-based therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families to address a range of mental health issues.
• Employing various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to support client progress.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care, participating in case consultations, and sharing insights and recommendations.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training to stay informed about the latest mental health research and best practices.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, demonstrating competence in providing effective mental health support.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment, contributing to a multi-disciplinary approach to client care.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with additional experience in:

• Specialization in family or couples therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or substance use counseling.
• Utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related healthcare technologies for documentation and data management.

This full-time LPC position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to a rewarding compensation package, we offer:
