Are you ready to run the show? As our General Manager, you’ll be the ultimate leader driving our restaurant’s hype, energy, and massive success! You will coach, level up, and lead your management team and crew through epic training and engagement initiatives. We know that great hiring, next-level training, and keeping your team happy are the secrets to crushing sales goals and boosting profits.

We are expanding our footprint and looking for a rockstar leader to run our key hub in Union, UT. If you know the business, have at least a year of GM experience in restaurant or retail, and want to make an impact in the Union, UT community, we want you.

You're a leader who inspires smiles, brings impressive examples of legendary customer service, and lives out core company values. You're humble, hungry to learn what makes our brand vibe different, and never afraid to jump on the line to grind alongside your squad. Their success is your success!


What You Bring (Requirements):

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in foodservice management. (A ServSafe Certification is a major plus, but we’ll train the right person to get certified!)
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business Savvy: Solid experience tracking inventory, managing cost controls, and secure cash handling.
  • Talent Scout: Ready and willing to own the full vibe check—handle all interviewing, hiring, and terminations.
  • Owner Mindset: You will be expected to run our Union, UT store as if it were your own business, keeping a sharp eye on the bottom line.


Your Daily Hustle (Responsibilities):

  • Own every single aspect of the operations for our high-volume Union, UT location.
  • Take charge of hiring, scheduling, and training a high-performing crew.
  • Master and manage cash flow and food waste controls.
  • Lead from the front—our GMs work side-by-side with their teams on the floor.
