• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, needs, and personal goals.
• Develop, document, and implement individualized treatment plans based on the initial evaluation and ongoing assessments.
• Provide therapeutic support to adult clients through evidence-based practices, tailoring interventions to fit their unique situations.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver engaging virtual sessions, making use of interactive tools to enhance client connection.
• Respond to crises and provide immediate intervention strategies when required, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Participate in regular supervision and continuing education activities, enriching your practice with new knowledge and staying compliant with industry standards.

Your primary focus will be working with adult clients who present a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • Must hold a valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a master's or doctoral degree in disciplines including Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• A demonstrated capacity for empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, facilitating effective case load management.
• No prior history of disciplinary actions on your license, ensuring a pristine professional record.

• Experience providing teletherapy, particularly in remote environments, is highly desirable.
• Previous work in community health settings or clinics that serve a diverse population would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with digital tools for clinical practice management, such as therapist dashboards, is advantageous.

• Compensation in the range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
