Shadow Creek Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Technician to join our team! At Shadow Creek, we are dedicated to providing top-notch care for our furry friends. Our state-of-the-art facility offers innovative diagnostics and equipment including dental and digital radiography, in-house lab and more, allowing opportunities to enhance your medical knowledge and further develop your skills as a veterinary professional. Our veterinary team is committed to ensuring every pet receives compassionate care, and we pride ourselves on our welcoming environment where both pets and people feel valued and appreciated!
What You'll Do:
  • Assist veterinarians and technicians in providing medical treatments, diagnostics, and procedures
  • Safely handle and restrain animals during examinations and procedures
  • Maintain accurate medical records and assist with client communication
  • Provide compassionate care and support to clients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment and patient areas
  • Continually advance your knowledge base and skill set
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician
  • Experience with anesthesia monitoring and assisting in surgery
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent patient care
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle stressful situations in a calm manner
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment
