Job description

Garden State Veterinary Specialists would like to add a full time board-certified, or residency trained, Veterinary Radiologist to our well established, rapidly growing 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital!


Garden State Veterinary Specialists is a centrally located New Jersey ER/Specialty practice that is in a prime location with access to the beach, the Poconos and Catskill mountains, as well as the vibrant cities of Philadelphia and New York. Our brand new, state of the art, 55,000 sg-ft facility in Eatontown has been thoughtfully designed and includes 25 exam rooms, 6 surgical suites, CT, MRI, lineal accelerator, ICU with a 35-patient capacity, dialysis, and a lecture hall that can host 60 seats! Our hospital culture is collaborative and fun, evidenced by our high retention of doctors and staff.

How you will make a difference:

You will join Garden State Veterinary Specialists, giving you the opportunity to work alongside, collaborate, and support all specialists in: Surgery, Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Neurology, Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Dentistry, Medical and Radiation Oncology, Dermatology, Sports Rehab, and Emergency. With the support of the medical director, it will be an honor to have you be an integral part of our family, creating a department that will both support our mission as well as permit limitless, professional growth. 

What you will bring:

As a Radiologist here at GSVS, you will perform ultrasounds and interpret radiographs for all departments and patients at GSVS. You will also be responsible for interpreting all CT and MRI performed on our brand-new, cutting-edge technology.  In addition, you will support staff and intern doctors, provide counsel to the other specialists, and collaborate with the referring community.

Schedule:

Full time position with proposed Monday- Thursday schedule
