Veterinary Client Service Representative
Schedule: 36-40 hours weekly; Saturday rotations
Shift Times: Monday - Friday 7a-6p
Saturday 8a-5p

About You
You'll play an important role in pets' lives by providing end-to-end care for our precious patients. Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on-care of facilitating outpatient treatments to support services including admitting and discharging patients. The success of your patients' care matters to you, and your success matters to us.
Your Experience & Skills
  • Customer service experience (1-3 years preferred)
  • Multi-tasking within a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer software and data entry
  • Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for animal care and a strong work ethic
  • Prior experience working with animals or in a veterinary setting is preferred but not required

Animal Medical Clinic is a general practice located in Peachtree City, GA focusing on wellness/sick exams, preventative care, surgeries, and dentistry. Our hospital is a fast-paced and high-volume clinic with moderately affluent and well-educated clientele. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of veterinary care to each patient and to serve our clients, patients, and team members with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. Teamwork and exceptional customer service are all equally important.
We are open Monday - Friday 7a - 6p and Saturday 8a - 5p, serving the Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Tyrone, and Newnan communities
You're Willing And Able To
  • Greet clients and patients warmly and assist them with checking in/out for appointments
  • Appointment scheduling and calendar management
  • Cash handling and payment processing
  • Answer multi-phone line, respond to emails, address client needs, and provide information about our services
  • Maintain client records accurately
  • Assist with the cleaning and care of the hospital facility
  • Facilitate communication between clients, medical team, and veterinarians
  • Customer conflict resolution and de-escalation
  • Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients
  • Be willing to guide, mentor, and support fellow team members
