Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem | Various Shifts

Join the veteran, energetic, and dedicated nursing team at Aberjona Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Winchester, MA. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care and lead clinical operations on an assigned unit in a skilled nursing setting.

Summary:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aberjona Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will be part of a nursing team that feels like family and a job that feels like home. You will provide nursing care in accordance with facility protocols and safe nursing practices, supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff, administer medications and treatments, and promote teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care in accordance with facility protocols and safe nursing practices

  • Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff on assigned units

  • Administer medications and treatments

  • Monitor, assess, and report changes in resident condition
