- Years of Experience: 3+ years of Critical Care experience (ED/ICU), IR nursing experience
- Experience: Adult patient population experience
- EMR: Epic experience (preferred)
- Specialized Experience: Stroke experience (preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide holistic care to patients and their families across the life cycle, including neonates, children, adults, and older adults.
- Execute the Standards of Nursing Practice including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop and revise patient care plans and coordinate care among healthcare providers.
- Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices.
- Implement personal leadership qualities to enhance practice standards and patient care environments.
- Perform unit-based skills as outlined in the specific unit skill list.
