REGISTERED NURSE

Position is located at the Arkansas Health Center in Benton, AR. This position starts at the Entry Rate of $75,245.00 Annually but may be adjusted by experience and years of service. Employees are required to work rotating shifts and generally work 12-hour shifts. May require lifting and positioning of patients, walking, use of restraints and aggressive behavior management practices.

Job Summary Registered Nurses (RNs) provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community health programs. RNs assess patient health, develop care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assess patient health, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with medical orders.
  • Develop, implement, and update patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and wellness practices.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care teams to plan and implement care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and comply with health regulations.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to perform physical assessments and recognize changes in patient condition.
