  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling Kids campaigns that break through the noise.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with product, creative, data, and business teams to align on strategy and execution.
  • Data‑driven approach to marketing, with experience using analytics and consumer insights to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of what makes games fun and engaging for different player types.
Nice to Have
  • Understanding of the gaming audience, including casual and mid‑core players, and what motivates them to discover and engage with games.
  • Experience marketing live service games, free‑to‑play games, mobile games, or games within a subscription service.
  • Familiarity with the Netflix product and member base.
  • Background in product marketing, including developing positioning, messaging frameworks, or go‑to‑market strategy in close partnership with a product team.
