Field Sales Representative - Telecom

Clarity Growth Solutions is hiring an experienced Field Sales Representative for a residential telecom campaign in Maryland and Washington, DC.

This is an in-person, field-based sales position focused on door-to-door residential prospecting and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate has prior direct or outside sales experience, is comfortable working independently, and wants to continue developing as a sales professional.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect residential customers door-to-door within assigned territories
  • Speak with customers about their current internet and mobile services
  • Identify customer needs and recommend available services
  • Present internet, fiber, and mobile products
  • Handle objections and close sales
  • Accurately submit and follow up on customer orders
  • Manage assigned territory and daily sales activity
  • Participate in product training and sales coaching
  • Meet established production and quality expectations
Qualifications

Prior door-to-door sales experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation

Annual earnings: $74,000-$183,000

The position may be structured as either a W-2 performance-based position or a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, depending on experience, campaign assignment, and working arrangement.

The position requires regular work in residential neighborhoods and travel throughout assigned territories.

The successful candidate should be able to spend extended periods walking and standing, navigate normal residential steps, and work outdoors in typical seasonal conditions. Reasonable accommodations will be considered as required by applicable law.
