Location:Silverdale, Washington

Type:Non-Exempt

Work Schedule:Full Time,Swing Shift. May be requested to occasionally work variableshifts: Day, Swing, Nights, and Weekend Shifts.

Compensation:$23.22-$23.22perhour

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

  • Perform floor care work such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, reconditioning, waxing, buffing, spot cleaning, carpet shampooing, and vacuuming.

  • Operate floorcare machines to include powered pressure washer on various structures (e.g., sidewalks, streets, parking lots, etc.).

  • Fill and empty mop buckets.

  • Measure and mix chemicals.

  • Construction clean-up,to includecleaning up dust and debris during or after construction projects.

  • Safely use andmaintainbasic personal protective equipment such as hardhat, safety glasses, safety toe boots, hearing protection, and gloves.

  • Operate a motor vehicle to assigned work locations.

  • Must complete andsubmita 'Questionnaire for National Security Positions Standard Form (SF86)' packet within90 daysof employment as applicable for secret clearance.

Qualifications:

  • Prior Floor Crew experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Employees must have the ability toperformthe following physical demands for extended periods of time with or withoutassistance. The physical demands of this position may bereasonably accommodatedfor individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.

  • May berequiredto reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.

  • Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also berequired.

  • Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.

  • A valid state driver's license isrequiredwith the ability to obtain andmaintaincoverage byTessera'sinsurance.
