Job description

Enterprise Account Executive
Live events are fun.
Concerts, sporting events, and festivals create memorable lifelong experiences with clients, prospects, partners, friends, and family—and they drive real business impact.
Companies spend more than $600 billion each year on client entertainment. TicketManager is the enterprise platform they trust to source, manage, track, and report on live event tickets and hospitality—while maintaining compliance, control, and visibility across the organization.
Built at the intersection of live events, technology, and enterprise operations, TicketManager makes client entertainment easy and measurable. Our industry-leading software supports everything from invitations and event execution to post-event reporting, helping companies clearly prove ROI and strengthen relationships through unforgettable experiences.
TicketManager is trusted by thousands of global brands, including Anheuser-Busch, Verizon, American Express, Nike, and Visa, as well as Fortune 500 companies, professional sports leagues, and major organizations such as the NBA, NFL, NCAA, and NASCAR.
We’re also proud to partner with some of the most iconic teams and venues in sports and entertainment, including the New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies, Capital One Arena, Texas Rangers, LAFC, and Seattle Seahawks, along with more than 50 professional and collegiate teams, franchises, universities, and technology providers.
Why Work at TicketManager
At TicketManager, you’ll help build technology that brings people together through live experiences—while solving complex, real-world problems for the world’s best companies. We’re a fast-growing, profitable company that values ownership, collaboration, and excellence, and we’re building a team that’s passionate about making work impactful and fun.
If you’re excited about live events, cutting-edge technology, and doing work that truly matters, you’ll feel right at home here.
The Role:
TicketManager Account Executives are the entry point into our enterprise sales organization and the foundation of our revenue growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, strategic outreach, and relationship building within your assigned territory. You will engage directly with decision-makers at leading companies, introducing the TicketManager platform and creating qualified pipeline for the business.
AEs play a critical role in the early stages of the sales cycle—leading initial outreach, conducting discovery, and positioning value—while partnering closely with Enterprise Sales Leaders (ESLs) to progress and close complex opportunities. This provides immediate exposure to enterprise-level selling, high-value deals, and sophisticated sales processes.
This is a high-activity, high-accountability role designed for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed in a performance-driven environment. Success in this role is defined by your ability to generate pipeline, create meaningful conversations, and consistently contribute to net-new revenue.
Our goal is to develop top performers into Enterprise Sales Leaders (ESL) and Strategic Partnerships Leaders (SPL). By mastering outbound engagement, discovery, and early-stage deal strategy, you will build the foundation needed to succeed in full-cycle enterprise sales.
Responsibilities:
• Generate net-new pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) within your assigned territory
• Identify and engage decision-makers at target accounts, including mid-market and enterprise organizations
• Lead initial discovery conversations to understand business needs and qualify opportunities aligned to TicketManager’s value proposition
• Partner closely with Enterprise Sales Leaders (ESLs) to progress qualified opportunities through the sales cycle and support deal advancement
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and in-person engagements (e.g., coffee, lunches, live events) to build relationships with prospective clients
• Develop a strong understanding of TicketManager’s platform and effectively communicate value to a range of stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, pipeline, and account information within CRM (Dynamics 365)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, VIP, and other internal teams to support pipeline generation and prospect engagement
• Consistently meet or exceed activity metrics, pipeline generation targets, and revenue contribution goals
• Operate with a high level of urgency, organization, and follow-through across multiple accounts and opportunities
• Demonstrate resilience and persistence in a high-activity, performance-driven sales environment
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or other performance-driven, metrics-based environments
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and generating new business opportunities
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding activity metrics, pipeline generation goals, and/or revenue targets
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage and build credibility with senior-level stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Highly organized with experience managing activity and pipeline within a CRM (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce)
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and operate with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships and influence others
  • Coachable, competitive, and motivated to continuously improve within a performance-driven sales organization
  • High level of ownership, resilience, and persistence in the face of rejection
  • Competitive mindset with a strong internal drive to win and advance within a merit-based organization

TicketManager Highlights:
  • Location: New York, NY
  • Compensation: $70,000-$95,000 Base Salary + Commission
  • Reports to: Enterprise Sales Manager
  • Work Expectations: In-office, Monday–Friday
  • Retirement: 401(k) & Company Match
  • Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
  • Time Off: Unlimited PTO
  • Interview Process: Multistage interview process with senior leaders across TicketManager to ensure strong alignment on role scope and expectations.
  • Events: Quarterly live event credits (we practice what we preach!), monthly happy hours, and volunteering
  • Perks: Fun, collaborative, in-office culture at our HQ with catered lunches and big company perks with the autonomy of a high-growth startup.
  • Recognition: Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private company by Inc. Magazine six years in a row. Recognized as one of the Best Places to Work by Inc. Magazine, The LA Business Journal, and Sports Business Journal
  • 4.5 out of 5 Glassdoor rating
  • Used by over 4,000 globally known companies including ~15% of the Fortune 500
