About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, early-career sales professional to join our team as an Associate Account Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1 - 3 years of sales experience or an undergraduate degree in sales & marketing who is eager to grow their career in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
In this role, you'll build sales skills, contribute to revenue growth, and partner closely with Account Executives to develop pipeline and close business. You'll play a key role in introducing clients to ATD's offerings while gaining hands-on experience in a consultative sales process.

What You'll Do
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and prospecting efforts
  • Partner with Account Executives to support pipeline development and deal progression
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their goals and recommend solutions
  • Present ATD's offerings, including education courses, memberships, certifications, and events
  • Maintain and manage activity and pipeline in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator
  • Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including sales outreach, meetings scheduled, and sales goal targets
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure strong client relationships and membership renewals

What We're Looking For
