Job description

Job Summary:
MetroStar is a company focused on delivering exceptional technology services through its people. As the Sr. Director of National Security Operations, you will oversee daily operations, drive operational excellence, and implement scalable processes while mentoring a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the program teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team by promoting professional growth and curating a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned to MetroStar’s strategy map and BHAG.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for programs across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with leaders across MetroStar to support initiatives aligned to MetroStar’s strategy map including support for organic and new business growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Required:
• An active TS security clearance (with the ability to obtain a SCI) or higher
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 10+ years’ experience in operations with at least 5 years in a senior role
• Experience delivering a full range of IT support services, on large scale programs ($50M+); experience within DOS, DOJ, and/or IC.
• Expertise communicating with and presenting to high-level government stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of business development, capture, and proposal development
• Demonstrated expertise in process methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
