Job description

We are a growing general contracting company seeking motivated and dependable construction professionals to help build and remodel homes in Western Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced tradespeople or hardworking individuals looking to grow their residential construction skills on a well-managed project.

Position Overview

Youโ€™ll be involved in all phases of residential construction โ€” from foundation through final finishes โ€” working alongside an organized team focused on quality craftsmanship and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all phases of residential construction (foundation to finish)

  • Perform framing, siding, roofing, drywall, plumbing, wiring and interior finish work

  • Safely operate hand and power tools

  • Operate heavy equipment (excavator and skid steer), if qualified

  • Load, unload, and organize materials and tools

  • Maintain a clean and safe job site

  • Support subcontractors and project leadership as needed

Qualifications

  • Prior construction experience preferred (framing, carpentry, general labor, heavy equipment operation, plumbing, wiring)

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions

  • Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods

  • Reliable transportation to the job site

  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions

  • Good safety record

  • Authorized to work in the United States
