This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build a foundation in operations, vendor management, and data analysis. You'll start by supporting a focused group of vendors and, as your expertise grows, expand your scope through cross-training and new opportunities.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring vendor promotions and pricing programs are accurate, compliant, and effectively executed. Key responsibilities include:

  • Review vendor agreements, bid letters, and promotional documentation to validate key details (pricing, dates, part numbers, rebates, quantities

  • Accurately enter and maintain pricing data within internal systems, ensuring high levels of precision

  • Support order release processes by verifying compliance with vendor-specific requirements

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams (Sales, Product Marketing) to resolve pricing discrepancies and program-related questions
