Adjunct instructor of Translation Technology

Job Summary/Basic Function
Part-time adjunct instructor of Translation Technology to teach one course in Translation Technology during the fall 2026 semester. Deliver instruction to University students and collaborate with other instructors. Class modality may be flexible, including hybrid or virtual options. Online modality preferred.
A complete syllabus will be provided. Instructors follow the course scope-and-sequence and develop lesson plans working toward unit and course assessment.
Screening of candidates will begin on April 1 st , 2026.This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.
Required Qualifications
1) M.A. in Translation, Localization, or related field.
2) Experience teaching localization, translation, and/or translation technology
3) Experience using a variety of CAT tools
Preferred Qualifications
1) 2 years of experience teaching localization, translation, and/or technology
2) Experience in the language service industry
3) Experience teaching online
