System Administrator
Direct hire | Onsite | $28-32/hour

We are seeking a System Administrator to support enterprise technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI-driven automation initiatives. This System Administrator role will help maintain a secure, reliable technology environment while identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation, integrations, and emerging AI technologies.
Ideal System Administrator Candidate A technology professional who combines strong infrastructure and security expertise with a passion for AI, automation, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities of System Administrator:

  • Support and administer servers, networks, cloud services, enterprise applications, and end-user technology.
  • Monitor system performance, security, availability, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and serve as an escalation resource for IT support.
  • Design, implement, and maintain AI agents, automation workflows, integrations, and APIs.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through AI and automation.
  • Support cybersecurity, disaster recovery, access management, and governance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners on projects and system improvements.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, metrics, and reporting to support technology adoption and performance.

Qualifications of System Administrator:

  • Experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience with enterprise applications, integrations, automation tools, or ERP platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies, workflow automation, APIs, and agent-based solutions preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
