In the role ofย GPO Manager - Vendor working in Milwaukee, WI you will be a member of the Global Process Ownership (GPO) team.ย  You will be data focused on integrated processes across all functions of the company associated with governing the usage and quality of vendor data while supporting other data domains when needed.ย  This role will drive operational efficiencies and financial returns by continuously improving existing processes, driving new requirements to standard processes, and ensuring that data is set the right way the first time.ย  The GPO Manager - Vendor will ensure that ongoing data validity is a sustained asset in the organization.ย 
This position reports to the Manager, GPO - Customer & Vendorย and works closely with Supply Chain and Procurement, as well as other stakeholders throughout the world.ย 
What You'll Be Brewing:ย ย 

  • Creating the governance and usage controls for vendor processes and data at the global, regional and facility level
  • Defining and implementing enterprise SAP vendor strategies and data management processes to effectively govern enterprise data and eliminate risk/impact of mis-managed material and production data including setting standards, roles, responsibilities and tool usage.
  • Set clearly defined vendor definitions across the organization.ย 
  • Taking responsibility for the creation and adoption of vendor quality standards and meditation plans across the enterprise.
  • Developing and driving partnerships with key stakeholders to address critical topics such as data quality and functional system administration of data.ย 
  • Seek out continuous improvement opportunities and provide solutions that realize benefits including participation in projects as well as small enhancements.
  • Implementing our sustainment methodology and principles in line with Molson Coors strategy as it relates to vendor data sustainment.
  • Provide key support to any integration efforts, including but not limited to, large scale ERP implementations and smaller scale process introductions.
  • Provide support to the functional master data maintenance and requestor teams through day-to-day maintenance requests.
  • Creating and maintaining key documentation to support the processes of data creation.

  • Preferred systems experience in the following tools: SAP ECC (all modules); SCM- APO; SCM-EWM; INFOR, etc., but other ERP experience also accepted.

Job Posting Total Rewardsย Offerings: $84,000.00ย -ย $110,200.00ย (posting salary range) +ย 15%ย target short term incentiveย +ย $23,000ย on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
