About the Role

Working on with the Commissary team, you'll load up the van with prepared products for our Wisconsin locations, deliver the goods in Madison and Milwaukee, collect used pans and cambros to return to the commissary, and maintain the van clean, organized, and ready for the road!

This is a high-volume production kitchen - not a typical restaurant job! Be prepared for an active job, repeatedly needing to up to 50lbs and carry heavy items up and down stairs. The team will support you and add some fun along the way. We pinky promise!

Job Requirements

  • Must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean, or near clean, driving record.
  • Able to stand/walk for long periods of time. This is an active job!
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs regularly and to carry up to 50lbs up and down stairs.
  • Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.
  • Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures and delivering in variable weather conditions.
  • Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments.
  • Must be 18+ years old to apply.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
  • Able to read, write, and speak English comfortably with team and restaurant crews.

Schedule and Location

This is a part-time position (~20-25 hours per week), but with some cross-training with the production crew, can be full-time. Ideal candidates will have open availability on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Early shifts will start as early as 7am, and later shifts will end as late as 9pm.

The Commissary is an off-site prep and production kitchen, separate from our restaurant locations. It is located at 802 Walsh Road, 53714. As a route driver, you will start and end your shifts at the Commissary, but the job will have you driving to all Madison area locations and out to Milwaukee to deliver to Cream City as well!
