Bill's Distributing, Ltd. is an industry leader in beverage distribution. We are a family owned and operated company since 1954 and we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Better 4U Vending team as a Vending Service Representative. The person in this position is responsible for supporting our customers by managing inventory, placing product orders and merchandising at customer locations. The Vending Service Representative will cover a vending route to fill and satisfy customer orders in vending machines.
Essential Job Functions:
• Manage inventory in vending machines on assigned routes.
• Understand and adhere to product quality policies and procedures.
• Transport and handle all Better 4U Vending products with care, avoiding damage or spoilage of product.
• Maintains a professional relationship with customers and co-workers.
• Conducts business in a safe and courteous manner.
• Professionally represents the company at all times.
• Managing the weekly service routes to ensure all machines and equipment are being appropriately:
• Serviced and filled to avoid out-of-stocks and optimize sales
• Out-of-date or close-to-date products are removed
• Collect money from assigned accounts, in accordance with the state law and Bill's Distributing Ltd policy
• Ensure machines have adequate coin-on-hand
• Accounted for with B4U accounting team
• Ensure vending products are priced correctly and neatly displayed
• Prepare for servicing each daily vending route by:
• Pick product from warehouse according to system generated pick list in a timely and efficient manner
• Load machine product bins into company vehicle for delivery
• Maintains appearance of company vehicles, inside and outside.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding product quality
• Ensure all machines, equipment, and technology are operating as intended to include
• On-site and potentially after-hours troubleshooting
• Communication with customer on issues
• Communication with supplier on troubleshooting and resolving issues to include on-site service call from supplier
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Vending experience is a plus
Necessary Skills and Abilities
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism
• Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of industry regulations
• Proficient computer software skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Mobility
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet all deadlines
• Maintain appropriate dress and personal appearance standards
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Have a great attitude and a willingness to work

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift/move case product or materials, up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Drives company vehicle/truck to deliver product in various weather conditions.

• Ability to use hands for phone or computer work; reach with hands and arms for various activities; sit frequently or for extended periods

• Work is frequently performed at customers' locations
• Typical office environment while working on site
• May be required to work extended hours
