Vending Route Service Technician
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the over-all functioning of all vending machines and related equipment
  • Responsible for machine and micro-market readiness, pre-delivery set-up, programming, transport, and installation
  • Participate in determining machine/micro-market lay-out/design, actual on-site device placement, and machine efficiency
  • Repair, install, and adjust vending machinery and distribution systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Serve as a customer service representative to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:

  • Valid Class C drivers license and good driving record required
  • 3-5 experience
  • Previous experience in machinery or other related fields; experience in vending machine repair strongly preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
