Overview
This role is responsible for managing and processing incoming vehicle-related violations, insurance notifications, and related documentation. The position involves coordination with external agencies, accurate recordkeeping, and internal communication to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities
Review and sort incoming toll violations and determine appropriate resolution steps
Communicate with toll authorities via phone and mail to dispute or process payments
Invoice customers for toll violations and update internal accounting records
Maintain detailed logs of all violations and their resolution status
Investigate impounded vehicle notifications and coordinate with impound facilities
Process insurance notifications and cancellations by updating internal systems
Review and process parking tickets and arrange payments when required
Manage incoming mail for the portfolio management team and route appropriately
Provide administrative support including reporting, data entry, and document handling
Perform additional related duties as assigned by management
