Job description

Assist senior technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery checks, and fluid top-offs. Help diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools (under supervision).

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Document work performed and report findings to supervising technicians.

Participate in ongoing training and skill development. Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and vehicle equipment Correct and adjust defects on fleet vehicles and vehicle equipment Support in-vehicle testing operations Maintain master company vehicle spreadsheet Send vehicle for an estimate and repair Pick up vehicle, inspect and consult finance department and return vehicle Diagnosing all phases of vehicle and equipment repair Bring a vehicle up to standards Determine needs and discuss vehicle options Develop and implement vehicle testing procedures Perform preventative maintenance checks and service vehicles using vehicle service shops Diagnose and repair corporate vehicles Performing maintenance on vehicles and vehicle equipment in a timely and cost effective manner Receive recall notices, schedules vehicle for recall repair Provide temporary pool vehicle to the manager Assist in other areas of the vehicle maintenance shop Perform maintenance on vehicles and vehicle equipment in a timely and cost effective manner Prepare vehicle build reports with the standard template Perform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain company standards Compile complete records of vehicle modifications and service Critical Information Work environment in Stellantis internal fleet Diagnostics/Repair shop. Requires adherence to safety standards and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Education/Licenses Needed Valid driver's license. Basic understanding of automotive systems and components.
