We are currently looking for a dedicated Budget Vehicle Service Agent to join our team in Harlingen. The Budget Vehicle Service Agent will be responsible for providing detailed customer service, washing and inspecting rental vehicles, and ensuring safe driving practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with rental vehicle inquiries.
- Wash, detail, and inspect rental vehicles for cleanliness and damages.
- Process rental transactions accurately and promptly.
- Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
