Culligan (Family-Owned Business) is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to join our locally owned and operated family of businesses. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in customer-focused operations and team management who values working in a close-knit, community-oriented environment.
This position reports to the Operations Manager for our affiliated family of businesses and is responsible for leading all service, route, and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will help shape our operational strategy while maintaining the personalized service and accountability that comes with a family-run organization.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily operations for Service Technicians, Route Drivers, and Warehouse staff
  • Manage scheduling and routing to ensure efficient service and delivery operations
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures at the branch level
  • Conduct daily coaching, performance check-ins, and team development activities
  • Assign, schedule, and oversee service work, deliveries, and warehouse workflows
  • Track and maintain productivity benchmarks, including call-backs and stops per day
  • Address employee performance concerns promptly and constructively
  • Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and urgency
  • Perform basic installation and removal of water treatment equipment as needed
  • Uphold all safety guidelines and promote a culture of safe work practices
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and secure warehouse environment
  • Manage inventory, tools, equipment, and operational supplies
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in field operations, service, or logistics
  • Water treatment, plumbing, HVAC, or related technical background preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Valid driver’s license and required state certifications for vehicle operation
