  • Empower employees through leadership, mentorship, and guidance, identifying training needs and fostering skill development.
  • Encourage ownership, accountability, inclusivity, and professionalism, while highlighting individual contributions and promoting team input.
  • Monitor KPIs to assess customer satisfaction and team performance, proactively addressing needs with a focus on ownership and transparency.
  • Manage objectives effectively, collaborate with leaders to allocate resources, balance workloads, and streamline processes for enhanced efficiency and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on care, ensuring satisfaction through regular surveys and audits.
  • Support regional growth by building customer pipelines, delivering tailored solutions and actively participating in sales presentations and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and safety requirements, and collaborate with HR to uphold fair and ethical practices in performance management.
