Job Overview - How You'll Contribute:

Come be a part of something GREAT! We are adding a Vehicle Merchandising Assistant to our team. You will be responsible for enhancing the appeal and marketability of vehicles to attract potential buyers. This role will play a crucial role in the overall success of our dealership. A keen attention to detail and dedication to excellence will ensure that our inventory always looks its best and meets the high standards our Customers expect. (Pay $18/hour)

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and display of new and used vehicles on the lot.
  • Vehicle Presentation: Ensure all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and properly showcased to attract potential buyers.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles meet our quality standards.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage the movement of vehicles within the H+H Group properties and coordinate with the sales and ORC teams for efficient workflow.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including location, condition, and status updates.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all vehicles are parked and displayed in a manner that ensures the safety of Customers and staff.

Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vehicle inventory and presentation.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand for extended periods of time and walk 10,000 steps a day on average.
  • Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
  • Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
