Job description

Soni is partnering with a global luxury retail brand seeking a highly organized Visual Merchandising Coordinator to support retail design, visual merchandising, and store development initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative, project coordination, or retail operations experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Coordinate project orders and shipment tracking
โ€ข Manage inventory, reporting, and project documentation
โ€ข Support store openings and visual merchandising initiatives
โ€ข Coordinate with vendors, retailers, and logistics teams
โ€ข Maintain digital assets, databases, and project files
โ€ข Review invoices, timelines, and project updates
Requirements:
โ€ข High School Diploma required
โ€ข 2+ years of administrative, coordinator, or project support experience
โ€ข Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
โ€ข Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
