Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and work with composite components for high-performance vehicles.
  • Install custom Composite  Body panels onto production vehicles. 
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure precision and durability.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize design and manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues in real-time.
  • Fabricate brackets, solve problems and repair body panels if necessary.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in composite assembly and fabrication techniques.
  • Strong understanding of materials science and composite properties.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in fabrication.
