  • Support the SowLogic sales process by communicating effectively with sales representatives and responding quickly to requests
  • Collaborate with multiple vegetable seed locations to help reduce backlogs and accelerate order completion during peak periods

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including copying, filing, mailing, and document management
  • Assist with other duties as needed to support team success

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience, plus 1–3 years of clerical or administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with greenhouse partners and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with JD Edwards is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrated strengths in time management, collaboration, customer focus, and problem-solving
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

Additional Information

  • Occasional travel (including overnight) is required for the annual SowLogic Team Meeting

Why Join Us?

This role offers the opportunity to be at the center of a dynamic and growing business, where your contributions directly support operational success and customer satisfaction.
