Digital Marketing Manager / Domain Delivery Lead Alameda, CA 94502 (Onsite) Salary – Market (DOE) Full-Time / Direct-Hire Tech Stack Snapshot preferred for FYR – Digital Marketing, MarTech, Omnichannel, Salesforce, Veeva, AWS, CRM, Marketing Automation, Data & Analytics, AI Enablement, Agile Delivery & Vendor Management The Digital Marketing Manager / Domain Delivery Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of enterprise digital marketing solutions across the MarTech ecosystem. The role combines delivery leadership, domain expertise, stakeholder management, and governance to ensure scalable, high-quality, and business-aligned solutions. The individual will collaborate with business, technology, data, and vendor teams to deliver omnichannel marketing capabilities while driving operational excellence and AI-led innovation. This role is essential to strengthen Digital Marketing team overall process and domain expertise Skills / Experience 12+ years of IT experience with significant experience in Digital Marketing/MarTech solution delivery, leading enterprise-scale initiatives. Experience with MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Veeva, AWS, or similar digital marketing ecosystems Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Omnichannel engagement, CRM, Marketing Automation, and Data & Analytics Proven experience in end-to-end delivery leadership, including Agile delivery, stakeholder management, governance, and vendor management Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional global teams and delivering business outcomes through scalable technology solutions Secondary Skills / Good to have - Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma / Medical or Healthcare domain; AI/ML and Generative AI use cases in digital marketing Job / Role Description Own end-to-end delivery of digital marketing solutions from planning through deployment and operational support. Ensure delivery meets quality, timeline, budget, and scalability objectives. Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively. Act as the primary interface between Business, IT, Product teams, and external vendors. Align technology delivery with business priorities and strategic objectives. Drive stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting. Provide leadership across the MarTech ecosystem, including Salesforce, Veeva, AWS, CRM, and omnichannel marketing platforms. Guide solution design aligned with digital marketing best practices and enterprise architecture. Establish and enforce governance frameworks including RACI, release management, testing standards, and operational readiness. Monitor delivery KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure reliable integration across marketing platforms and enterprise systems. Improve data quality, campaign measurement, analytics, and reporting capabilities. Drive resolution of systemic platform and data quality issues. Lead cross-functional teams across development, QA, architecture, data, and operations. Manage vendor performance, delivery quality, and knowledge transfer. Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive adoption of AI and automation to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies for enhanced customer engagement and delivery excellence. Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders Collaborative mindset; comfortable working across delivery, product, and sales functions Ability to distill complex industry concepts into digestible insights for technical and non-technical audiences Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira Provides regular updates, proactive and due diligent to carry out responsibilities
