Rinker Design Associates, LLC (RDA) is looking for a passionate and skilled Transportation Design Engineer (Highway) to join our growing Transportation Platform team. Based in one of our Virginia offices - Manassas, Glen Allen, Waynesboro, Fredericksburg, or Virginia Beach - you'll play a key role in building smarter, safer, and more efficient infrastructure across the Commonwealth.

  • Proficiency in MicroStation preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
